Shipping methods

We work with shipments through Uber Flash in the vicinity of the aquarium or with a private courier, this second option is sent the day after the purchase, we also ship throughout the country by parcel or mail from Costa Rica.

Send conditions

. 1. The price in Uber Flash varies according to the distance, and shipments with private messenger start from ₡2,500.

· 2. Anything sent by parcel or post from Costa Rica has an additional cost between ₡2,000 and ₡4,000.

· 3. We guarantee the arrival of the animals in perfect condition. To claim any incident, it is mandatory to send a photo or video of the animal in the unopened bag at the time of arrival.

· 4. After 2 hours from the arrival of the animals, no claims will be accepted.

· 5. In case of an incident, the animal will be replaced in the next order or the money will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded in any case.

· 6. Utensils and animals can be included in the same order.
